With a background that spans the military, energy, and government sectors, Axel is passionate about building strong client partnerships from day one—prioritizing collaboration, safety, and quality at every stage. He leads key global initiatives including Quality, Experience Management, and Customer Performance Evaluation, all focused on driving continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.
Axel holds an MBA from the University of East London and advanced certifications from Harvard, Cornell, and Villanova in leadership, negotiation, and operational excellence. His approach combines strategic insight with hands-on experience, helping teams navigate complexity while staying focused on what matters most: keeping our people safe while delivering quality results.
