Deborah Magano

Director, Field Operations TEEL Construction

With over 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, [Her Name] began her career in the unlikeliest of ways—pressure washing and painting concrete tile roofs in Florida to put herself through college. Though she earned a degree in organic chemistry, it was the creative energy of architecture and the tangible reward of building that ultimately drew her in. She went on to own and operate a high-end contemporary residential construction company, earning numerous design and construction awards, with her work featured in trade publications and even a book. Her projects, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic, also extended across the U.S. and into Europe, showcasing her vision and execution on a global stage.

In the late 2000s, she transitioned to the Eastern Shore Delaware, serving as a client representative for two major shopping centers and several retail stores, expanding her impact on commercial real estate. Today, she proudly serves as the Director of Field Operations at TEEL Construction, where she leads with the same grit, creativity, and precision that has defined her career. A passionate advocate for women in the trades, she is now focused on founding a Superintendent Academy—a program dedicated to training and empowering the next generation of women to lead and manage project sites with confidence and skill.
