Guillermo Garcia is a QA/QC Lead at Allison Smith Electrical Contractors with over a decade of experience in electrical construction. He started in the field, completing his IBEW Local 613 apprenticeship, and has worked with several contractors before moving into QA/QC in 2019 on a data center project.
Since then, he has led quality efforts in both the field and office, supporting data center and healthcare projects. Now back in data center work, he collaborates with different clients, GCs, and commissioning teams, gaining experience across a range of quality processes.
Guillermo focuses on understanding systems, keeping communication clear, and making sure the right information reaches the right people, because he believes that is a key part of delivering quality work.
