His comprehensive background in electrical construction, LEAN principles, operations, and safety, combined with his extensive experience in healthcare, food, pharmaceutical distribution, and food processing and manufacturing, positions him as a pivotal figure in maintaining the highest standards of quality. James’s previous roles as Superintendent, Operations Manager, and Director of Construction have all contributed to his adeptness in managing complex projects, such as the fabrication of modular chilled water systems and combined heat and power plants. His commitment to excellence is further exemplified by his successful development and implementation of robust quality and safety programs, ensuring all projects not only meet but exceed industry regulations and standards.
