Joe Quattrochi

Director, Quality, Heavy Civil Walsh Group

Lead The Walsh Group’s Heavy Civil Quality Program and propel Walsh’s Quality Culture that focuses on actively planning, reporting, innovation, improving and delivering a legacy of prideful work to our customers.

After graduating from University of Illinois in Civil Engineering, I hired on with the Walsh Group. Held multiple positions starting as a Project Engineer on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago, IL and working my way up to a Superintendent and Project Manager. Project highlight was the billion dollar P3 Ohio River Bridges East End Crossing Project in Louisville, KY. During my time there I transitioned into Quality management and for the past 8 years have been Quality Director for the Transportation and Water group sectors for the Walsh Group.

Quality isn’t just about documentation, it isn’t just about a process, it’s more about taking pride in the work you do every day, so everything you do is done to it’s fullest. True in work and in life.
