As a distinguished leader in the heavy civil construction industry, with over 25 years of experience, Michael focuses on Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) management for multiple business units. He holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Penn State and is a PE in Texas. He utilizes the knowledge gained from his many years as an engineer, estimator, superintendent, pursuit manager, project manager and quality manager to optimize three crucial aspects of construction with the goal of developing a culture in which our industry includes quality, safety and environmental aspects in all facets of the work we perform. Having a plan, executing that plan and adjusting results efficiently and productively will result in successful projects and improve the construction industry.
