Ryan Decker

Ryan Decker serves as the Corporate Quality Assurance Manager for F.A. Wilhelm Construction. He is a graduate of Purdue University in Building Construction Management and as spent the past 20 years specifically in Construction Quality Assurance and Sustainability leveraging his almost 30 years of construction experience to develop Quality Assurance Systems.

At Wilhelm he has served as the Corporate Quality Assurance Manager, Ryan focuses on developing and ensuring the implementation of Wilhelm’s Quality Management System. He over sees a team of 22 Quality professionals and manages all on-site project quality assurance teams on Wilhelm’s projects. Ryan also oversees the Quality Assurance for the Wilhelm Structural Steel Division. Specifically the development and implementation of the WSSD Quality Management System required by the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC). Ryan maintains Wilhelm’s status as an AISC-Certified Fabricator and an AISC Advanced Certified Steel Erector.
