Ryan Treweek has spent 20 years in the construction industry, including more than a decade in C-suite commercial and business management roles at Tier 1 builders in Australia. Working across major residential, healthcare, and commercial developments, he saw first-hand the real cost of poor quality: not a site-level compliance issue, but a direct driver of margin erosion, rework, and eroded client trust. That experience led him to co-found Visibuild in 2022, a digital quality and compliance platform built to fundamentally lift industry standards by enforcing transparency and accountability through project teams and supply chains. The platform is now used on some of the most complex projects in the world, from hyperscale data centres to critical infrastructure, and has logged over 18 million quality checks. As co-founder, Ryan helps Genearl Contractors, subcontractors and owners turn reliable quality processes into measurable commercial performance.
