Tariq Masud is a Registered Professional Engineer in the U.S. and Canada with diverse experience in Project and Construction Management. Tariq is also certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional, by the American Society for Quality (ASQ) as a Quality and Organizational Excellence Manager, Construction Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, and holds multiple credentials with other professional associations for Consulting (CMC), Sustainability (ENV-SP), and for Procurement and Supplier Management.
Tariq has over 30 years of experience in international quality and risk management and his career has been mostly in the Transportation Infrastructure industry. He is an accomplished conference and webinar speaker, and has presented at several design and construction world conferences.
Tariq is the 2026 Chair for the Chicago’s NEI Chapter of the American Society for Quality, and is also the author of the new handbook on Construction Quality Management with expected publication in late April 2026.
