William Warren serves as Corporate Director of Quality Assurance at Baker Construction Enterprises and has been with the company for 27 years, contributing to its growth from a $250 million organization to a $4 billion industry leader. He has led quality initiatives across commercial, industrial, and nuclear markets. William was one of three individuals who developed Baker’s first NQA 1 compliant Quality Assurance Program and has since created and implemented multiple nuclear quality programs across the country. His work supports projects heavily regulated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and built on verbatim compliance with NQA 1 standards. As a Nuclear Lead Auditor, William has conducted and overseen audits to ensure program integrity, regulatory adherence, and disciplined field execution. His focus is on building practical, sustainable quality systems that reduce rework, strengthen customer confidence, and maintain the critical balance between rigorous regulatory compliance and operational productivity.
