Antonio Barreto is a Professional Engineer with 16 years of experience delivering major infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, Antonio has contributed across a wide range of areas—including Quality, Construction, Procurement, Commissioning, and Contract Management—supporting the successful development of highways, hydropower plants, ports, and light rail networks.
Today, he serves as a Quality System Manager at FlatironDragados, where he is responsible for maintaining and continually improving the company’s Quality Management System. Antonio is known for his collaborative approach, technical expertise, and commitment to building strong, reliable processes that support both project excellence and organizational growth.
