Kelly McBride
Director of Quality Aecon Group
Kelly has over 38 years in the construction industry and progressively held more complex positions that eventually led to developing and leading quality programs on projects that ranged heavy civil, major infrastructure projects from light rail to highway redevelopments projects and structures across the US and Canada. She began her career as a laborer and progressed into a General Superintendent role which eventually led to being the Director of Quality for Aecon in western Canada. From her time in leading operations has given her a unique approach to quality by partnering with operations and clients and given her the ability to effectively implement process and influence change to create a quality program that is accepted and implemented from top down in the organization and to provide clients quality products.
