Matt has 19 years of experience with quality management programs on complex scopes of heavy civil and rail transit construction. He is deeply familiar with the 15 quality elements of the Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA) Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Guidelines. Matt has led quality teams on $2B+ in collaborative delivery work and engaged with design and construction disciplines to ensure Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) on $3.5B of scope including trackwork, overhead electrification systems, utilities, paving, bridge structures, and maintenance facilities. His experience includes overseeing material testing, factory and site acceptance testing, quality audits and documentation, and on-site quality training. He brings a proven record of working closely with owners and project stakeholders to meet quality performance requirements during all stages of design and construction. Matt has developed a reputation for mentoring staff and coordinating all corrective and preventative actions to ensure quality compliance on large-scale, multi-faceted transportation projects.
